About Accountant

I’m Jason Watkins-Yates, an accounting and finance professional based in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, with experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, grant accounting, tax preparation, donor data management, and month-end close processes.

My background includes work with educational institutions, nonprofit advancement operations, and accounting firms, where I have supported accurate financial reporting, compliance, audits, gift accounting, and data integrity. I’m skilled in preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, reconciling accounts, managing donor and financial records, and supporting both operational and strategic finance needs.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate of Science in Legal Studies from Valencia College, and I am also a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public. I am currently in the process of taking my exams to become a Certified Public Accountant, further strengthening my commitment to professional growth, technical excellence, and high standards in the accounting field.
